Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hour advanced notice on cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.

24 hours is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment using a Gift Certificate. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a reduction of the gift certificate for the amount of the scheduled service.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late we will accommodate you as best we can but lateness may result in your service being shortened.
